The goal of the transportation services program is to help seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence by providing safe and reliable transportation to essential locations.

Designed to enhance independence and community connection, we offer reliable shuttle services to and from the Center for daily activities such as lunch programs, social events, and recreational opportunities.

Our transportation services also help seniors access grocery stores, medical appointments, and community events. We aim to make it easier for seniors to obtain necessary supplies, attend healthcare appointments, and stay socially engaged.

Program Highlights

  • Shuttle services to and from the Five Star Center for daily activities
  • Transportation to grocery stores, helping seniors and individuals with disabilities shop for essentials
  • Rides to medical appointments, ensuring seniors and individuals with disabilities get the care they need
  • Assistance with transportation to community events and social gatherings

With our safe, comfortable rides, we ensure that transportation challenges don’t limit participation in vital activities, helping seniors maintain their independence and stay connected to the community.
