Home Repair & Maintenance

Use this page to provide details about the types of home repair and maintenance work you’re able to offer older adults and those with disabilities. If you partner with any organizations to deliver services or secure funding, consider highlighting them as well. Be sure to note any eligibility requirements and how to get in touch for help.

What We Do

  • Minor Home Repairs: Fixing doors, windows, flooring, and plumbing issues to enhance comfort and safety.
  • Weatherproofing: Sealing windows and doors, repairing roofing, and improving insulation to increase energy efficiency.
  • Accessibility Modifications: Adjustments to accommodate mobility challenges, such as widening doorways or lowering countertops.
  • Exterior Maintenance: Light landscaping, painting, and other improvements to maintain a welcoming and hazard-free environment.

“My new door is so beautiful I could hug you! My house was built in 1898, but Jason and Chris were so nice and got it on in just a couple of hours. I love it!”
