Socialization
Social engagement and community connection help promote health and independence for older adults and adults with disabilities. We help foster these community connections by providing a space for fun, open, social interaction at Five Star Center. Our calendar is filled with a variety of events and activities at the center: bingo, Wii bowling, games, parties, guest speakers, and more!
Participants are welcome to attend daily socialization as long as they are able to manage their own toileting, eating, and other typical activities of self care. While contributions are greatly appreciated, there is no cost for attending general activities at the center.

In-Person Vaccine Requirement
Please note: anyone joining us for in-person services at the center must be fully vaccinated. This means you must be two weeks after your second initial vaccine shot (1 shot for those who chose J&J). Proof will be required during initial registration.
