Notary Services

Do you have a document that needs notarized? You can make an appointment for free notary services at Five Star Center! Free notarization is available to city residents 60 and older OR 18 and older with a disability. Appointments must be made in advance by calling 314-664-1008. Appointments may be made M-F from 8am-2pm. For those who are not 60 and older OR 18 and older with a disability, notary services may be available for $2 per signature (cash only).

Things to remember when receiving notary services:

• You MUST bring a photo ID to verify your identity. Your name on the document must match the name on the ID.
• All signers must be present.
• Do NOT sign the document you need notarized until you are in the presence of the notary.
• Documents must be legible and and readable condition.
