Transportation

Our transportation program is a curb-to-curb service within the City of St. Louis.  We provide daily transportation M-F to and from the center for lunch and social activities until 2pm.  Additionally, we take weekly trips to various grocery stores. Visit this link to view our monthly calendar. Please call the center at 314-664-1008 if you or a loved one would like to join a trip. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving a spot at least two days in advance!

Rides to medical appointments and other necessary errands can be scheduled through our transportation program as well. Five Star is also able to accommodate the transportation needs of individuals who need a lift gate vehicle. Our schedule can fill quickly, so we recommend reserving a ride as soon as you have secured your appointment time. We are often unable to accommodate same day or next day requests.

Cost: There is no set price for using our transportation services. If you are able to, please consider making a donation. We will never refuse service to individuals who cannot contribute.
